Brownie Recipe - without cocoa powder

My cooking and baking skills are truly limited. During this Ramadan, I've been trying to improve my culinary skills. I've mastered making these brownies so I thought I'd share the recipe on here.

Ingredients:
- 150g dark chocolate
- 50g milk chocolate
- 50g white chocolate
- 1/2 cup plain flour
- 3/4 cup caster sugar
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp vanilla essence
- 60g unsalted butter
- 2 eggs

Method:
- Preheat the oven to 180 degrees.

- Place the dark chocolate, milk chocolate, white chocolate and butter into a bowl and melt by placing the bowl over a pan of boiling water.

- As the melted chocolate cools, mix together the caster sugar, eggs and vanilla essence. Beat this mixture until it's thick and fluffy.

- Add the melted chocolate into the mixture and stir.

- Sieve the flour into a bowl and add the baking powder.

- Add the chocolate mixture into the flour and mix.

- Prepare a tray for the mixture to go into. The tray can be greased using butter or lined with grease-proof paper.

- Pour the brownie mixture into the baking tray and put the tray into the oven.

- The brownies should be done in approx. 40 minutes.

       Enjoy :)
